In order for VLSI Standards, Inc. to provide quality products; that customers can utilize without fear of introducing contamination in the form of trace level elements into their fabrication facilities, we are requiring that all incoming materials that have been opened, whether or not they have been used, to be free of contamination. If these materials are known, or suspected of having been in an environment where copper, cobalt, gold, silver, dopants, etc. may have come in contact with the material, regardless of how small an amount, front side or back side. VLSI cannot accept the material for services or recalibration. If you believe your material may be contaminated please do not attempt to return it. Contact VLSI for options and instructions.
